Armor of God is a 2D pixel-art platformer rooted in the timeless imagery of Ephesians 6. You take on the role of a warrior who must navigate a dangerous world filled with arrows flying through the air — and the only thing standing between life and death is the armor you choose to wear.
Each run you decide which pieces of the Armor of God to equip. Every choice matters. Leave any piece behind, and face the consequences on the battlefield.
Warning: If an arrow tip strikes an unprotected area, it's over. Watch the skies — the arrows are always flying.

Ephesians 6:14a
The belt holds everything together. Truth is the foundation of every piece of armor — without it, nothing stays in place. Living honestly before God and others keeps the rest of your armor from falling apart at the seams.
Ephesians 6:14b
The breastplate guards the heart — the seat of your emotions, will, and conscience. A life aligned with God's righteousness protects against the enemy's accusations and the corrosive weight of guilt and shame.
Ephesians 6:15
Readiness comes from peace — the peace that only the Gospel provides. These boots keep you mobile and grounded. You can't advance into battle or retreat in good order without sure footing in the good news of Christ.
Ephesians 6:16
"Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked." Faith is the active defense against doubt, fear, and temptation. Raise it, and the fiery darts lose their power.
Ephesians 6:17a
The mind is a primary battlefield. The helmet of salvation — the secure, settled assurance that you belong to God — protects your thoughts from despair, pride, and the enemy's lies about your identity and standing before God.
Ephesians 6:17b
The only offensive weapon in the list — "the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." Scripture is living, active, and sharper than any two-edged sword. Jesus himself wielded it against the enemy's temptations. Know it. Use it.
